Join us for the 2018 Waterfront FAMiliarization Tour! 

The FAM tour is one of BBA's most popular annual events. Enjoy a morning cruise on Lake Champlain while discovering what your Waterfront neighbors have in store for summer. Bring your sunglasses and join us aboard the Spirit of Ethan Allen III for a complimentary breakfast and some networking with BBA Members and friends, all while taking in the views on our beautiful lake. 

This event is free for BBA Members. $10 for non-members

The ship leaves the dock at 7:30 am sharp!
